ORIGINAL “GOLDEN MYTHS“ PAINTING 81 x 55 x 7
Golden Myths was inspired by the shape and tones of a mountain somewhere where I personally believe is one of the most peaceful yet interesting places on Earth. I wanted to create a piece that would slot perfectly into a dramatic but monochrome masculine interior, a painting that would bring a sense of flair in it’s own right.
I handcrafted the frame to custom fit the 3.6cm gallery canvas, and sunk the canvas down to create a shadowing edge - complete with hand painting it charcoal grey and finishing with a hard-wearing satin varnish
With all my paintings they are finished with a professional strong hold permanent varnish to seal and protect the piece from dirt, dust and UV damage. Despite this, it is still recommended to resist handling the piece and to avoid hanging in direct sunlight.
