Client Commission "Plum Love" 100 x 70 cm FRAMED - SOLD
This piece was specially created for a client’s bedroom, this was a part of the design process from the beginning as I designed the room entirely, the only two factors the client requested was for the space to include a rich plum colour and have in her words “a hotel feel” I curated a piece that showcased colours and textures that were desired, and the outcome was just a perfect match.
To describe the interior, this piece is to be hung opposite to the bed between two interior doors - one for the bathroom and the other for the walk-in wardrobe. I wanted this painting to compliment the room and elevate it to the next level. The use of gold leaf was just the perfect material to give that wow feel on entrance to the space. With all my paintings they are finished with a professional strong hold permanent varnish to seal and protect the piece from dirt, dust and UV damage. Despite this, it is still recommended to resist handling the piece and to avoid hanging in direct sunlight.
